Issue Description:
When one or more PCI QFE cards are plugged in 33MHz slot(s) Ultra30
does not come out of reset when powered up. This occurs intermittently
& the number of occurrences varies from power supply to power supply.
Symptoms include:
- System LED does not light up
- Power supply fan is running
- No display on the console or from the ttya port
Root cause has been attributed to a bridge component used in the delay
circuit of the PCI QFE board which caused improper resetting and a PCI
bus hang condition. A newer revision -AC of the bridge component
located at U0101 (DEC 21153) was incorporated to correct the problem.
The corrective action was implemented in Sun Manufacturing via ECO#
WO_12815 in April 1998.
