Steps to Follow Please validate that each troubleshooting step below is true for your Remote system control. If the console reports that it is in use, you need to clear any open sessions that may not have been closed. rsc> console Console session already in use. If the console is busy, run either of the following commands to reset the console and clear any open sessions: From the rsc prompt: rsc> resetrsc From the OS: /usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/rscadm resetrsc If this is not the case and the console seems to be hung, blank or no prompt, follow these steps.
