Goal

Steps needed to be performed by the customer to request local support check the VTSS subsystem for any problems/issues.

Solution

1. Open a service ticket in MOS.
2. Problem statement should be "Requesting Local Support come on site and check
   the VTSS subsystem for any issues/concerns"
3. Submit Service Request.
4. Local Support will go on site and inspect the VTSS for any issues/problems
