Goal

How a customer can request to get the microcode in the VTSS upgraded to a more current level.

Solution

1. Open SR through MOS (call Oracle support or goto https://support.oracle.com)
2. In the problem statement field state need to upgrade microcode in the VTSS
3. State desired microcode level (if known)
4. State date work should be performed (if known)
5. Submit the SR.
 
After SR is created, local support person will work with customer to upgrade firmware according to customer's schedule.
