Goal

Customer Access to SDP Support Information.

The Service Delivery Platform (SDP) of Oracle Corp. is a value addition that improves service to Oracle customers who are using on-site devices associated with Oracle storage devices. This platform enables Oracle support personnel to monitor and connect to these storage devices located at the customer site. The SDP’s secure architecture contains the necessary mechanisms to ensure safe, remote access and problem resolution.
