It will also enable automatic upload of any support bundle generated.Prerequisites: 1. A valid Sun Online Account 2. A method of connecting to the Internet from your 7000 series array, this can be a direct connection or via a web proxy. For registering a Sun Online Account or for further information on the Phone Home service supplied by your 7000 series array see the HELP wiki page within the Browser User Interface. Click on "HELP", then select "Services" from the index menu on the left hand side, finally select "Phone Home" from the list of services. Once you have the prerequisites in place configure the Phone Home service as follows: 1. Navigate to the Configuration > Services > Phone Home tab within the Storage Manager GUI. 2. Fill out any required web proxy information specific to your site. 3. When the pencil icon in the Registration section is clicked, a Privacy Statement is displayed. Click on ok,then complete the section for Sun Online Account and password, then click ok. 4. When the account is verified, check the Sun Inventory and Enable Phone Home check boxes. 5. Click on the Apply radio button at the upper left just under the Properties title. 6. When the Service Enable / Disable popup is presented, respond with your selection (Enable).
