SolutionBackgroundVTL Xray is collected by the field engineer or customer, in order for VTL support engineer to analyze and/or troubleshoot VTL issues. This document has step by step instructions for collecting the Xray with the VTL Console GUI. ExceptionsIn Sun VTL failover configurations, when a node has failed over, user will not be able to use VTL Console to collect Xray from the failed node. The document 1146464.1 explains how to get the Xray from the failed node from command line.
