Goal

How to Order Parts for C2 or C4 library.
The parts are order-able by Service Support Personnel.

Solution

Steps to Follow:
Use the following instructions to order parts.
Go to System Handbook > System Handbooks > Current System or EOL System > Systems List > (pick the server or unit or library) > pick Full Component List.

 

Note: To be field orderable, the number will begin with a "F".
Example: F380-1508

Example: The "F" version is the field orderable, the other is a feature and not field orderable even though the number is the same except the F is missing.
