Steps to Follow
SPS code is only available through Tape Backline Support. A problem SR case must be opened before anyone will be considered to receive any SPS code.
Authorization will come from engineering on whether this code will be made available.  Contact Backline Support and reference this KB entry should there be any request for SPS code.


SPS code will be found under http://tapesupport.us.oracle.com/tape_hw/code_main.shtml

Proper authorization is required to access this site.  Contact Backline Support as needed for assistance.

Proper authorization must be acquired from engineering before the distribution of the code.

Make sure to log the Recipient, Account, and Case Number into the form for track-ability should the code be pulled prior to release.
