GoalDescriptionCartridge Search Function and the Cartridge Summary Report May Not Coincide Note: If no cartridges are being moved while the report is generated, it will contain all the cartridges in the library. SolutionSteps to FollowCartridge Search Function and the Cartridge Summary Report May Not Coincide While the cartridge summary report is being generated, a cartridge can be moved from an area that is not yet processed into part of the library that has already been processed. Example: Cartridge mounted on a drive and then floated by HSC to a nearby cell location. If the cartridge is moved to an area that has already been processed by the report generator it will not show up on the cartridge summary report. If searching for an individual cartridge, it is best use the cartridge search function in SLC in the diagnostics menu. If the Cartridge Summary Report is run as the default user it will look at the entire library whether the library is partition or not. The Cartridge search function also allows the user to select a different user. If partition user; Hli1, Hli2, Hli3, or Hli4 is selected, it will only look at the cells owned by that partition for the desired cartridge. Any cartridges in a robot hand, elevator, swap cell, or system cell which are not owned by any partition will not be captured and noted in the Cartridge Summary Report.
