GoalHow to Reset Admin and Service Password.If you forget the administrator password, you cannot enter a new password. You must call your customer service representative. SolutionSteps to FollowCustomer is not able to reset passwords. A service representative will be required to do the reset. Passwords can be reset via the RMI (Remote Management Interface), using the Service logon. The service logon password is 13572468. From there the access to the Configuration/restore defaults page can be made. The Admin password can be reset to null from this page. Once you have logged into the RMI, select Configuration then Password to set Admin Password. At this point you can set the Admin Password to the desired number, (enter exactly 8 numbers). Once you have logged into the RMI, select Configuration then Restore Defaults to factory defaults or to restore Admin password to null.
