Entries can be added in two ways: 1. From VTL Console GUI, right click on Server name and select CallHome. Select "Customized System Log Ignore" tab. Each line is a regular expression. The regular expression rules follow the pattern for AWK (a standard Unix utility). Refer to the VTL Users Guide for details on updating via the VTL Console. 2. Edit the ignore file using vi (/usr/local/vtl/etc/callhome/syslog.ignore). Each line is a regular expression. The regular expression rules follow the pattern for AWK (a standard Unix utility).
