How to reset password for Admin Environment
How to reset password for Service Environment
How to reset password on Op Panel

Solution

Advance Service Password can not be reset in the field. Only OEM, Service, and Admin and op panel passwords can be changed.

For now, the password cannot be reset under admin as it can not log into CLI with admin login after it is activated < Document: 1017161.1 >

Steps to Follow
This function does not work for Advance Service Password, it is not field resetable.
Prerequisites:

  • Code 3.08 or higher.
  • You must be in the CLI port.
  • You must have activated a password.

Syntax:

resetPassword
where user is admin, oem, service, or all

Places the specified login password back to the "needs activated" state. This is used to recover forgotten passwords.
