Power Cable Used With Tape Drive to Allow Diagnostic Testing Outside the Library on 9x40/OEM Tape Drives.

Solution

This cable can be used on any/all tape drives that the SL8500 will support (9X40, LTO, SDLT, T10000).

Power cable information to allow the running of Diagnostics outside the SL8500 library:

• The part number for powering up a drive outside the SL8500 cable is released in EC 141489.
