GoalThis document describes how to remove a stuck tape from a Sun StorEdge[TM] L20/40/60 Tape Library drive.SolutionSteps to FollowNote: In the below descriptions, the "drive module" refers to then whole module (drive and carrying case) and "drive" refers to only the drive itself. Remove the "drive module" from the Sun StorEdge[TM] L20/40/60 Tape Library and view the top of the "drive" to determine if the tape has been rewound. If the tape IS NOT rewound, follow steps 1 through 5 below. If the tape IS rewound, follow only steps 4 through 5:
