Patches for the Sun StorEdge A5000 using Solaris 2.5.1 or 2.6 must
be loaded in a particular order.  You will encounter problems if the patches
are not installed in this order.
For 2.5.1:
Patch list:

103346-xx   (FCode patch and software for the SOC+ I/O board)
104708-12   (ssd, pln, soc, ssaadm and ssafirmware patch)
105298-02   (AP 2.0: apdisk/ap_daemon/mqfe fixes)
105310-06   (SunOS[TM] 5.5.1: Patch for socal, sf driver, and luxadm)
105324-01   (SunOS 5.5.1: Sun Enterprise[TM] Storage Array are not accessible
while doing heavy I/O onto all 4 SENAs in a single loop)
106129-02   (Hardware, 9GB Disks: Download program and firmware 0411 for ST19171FC)
Order to install them:

DO NOT REBOOT UNTIL ALL OF THE PATCHES ARE INSTALLED !!
The order of these 3 are important, the other 2 patches
listed, the order doesn't matter.
For 2.6:

The order of these 3 are important, the other 2 patches
listed, the order doesn't matter.
*NOTE: Minimum support is Solaris 2.5.1 8/97 w/MU, SEVM2.4 w/105208-03,
or SDS 4.1 w/104172-08 and 103421-01.
xx-latest revision.  All other patch revisions are the latest at the time
this was written.  If newer revision is available than what is listed here,
use that.
