PreviouslyPublishedAs 209292 Description After replacement of a T3 controller disk is not detected by T3 even though green LED is on. Steps to Follow During a customer escalation, the decision was made to replace a T3 controller. FW version was 1.18.04. Customer had even tried power cycling the T3 and u1d9 remained undetected.
