Impact Attempting any RAID level migration to or from RAID 10 systems with Sun StorageTek SAS RAID HBAs (with firmware revision 15595 through 15816) may halt the RAID card and could result in loss of the logical drive and may cause data integrity issues. 2. Contributing Factors This issue can occur on the following platform:

$ arcconf getversion 3. Symptoms The system may experience immediate command failure, with possible loss of logical drive and loss of data integrity. 4. Workaround To prevent this issue from occuring until the firmware can be updated, avoid the migration of an existing RAID set to or from RAID 10. 5.
