SymptomsUnable to acquire Save Service Dump using the Administrator login.Can not pull event logs from SL24 or SL48. Save Service Dump not available. ChangesMicrocode change.SL24 E.00 code SL48 G.30 code CauseLibrary vendor removed the Save Service Dump feature from the micorcode.SolutionOracle engineering has contacted HP engineering and this issue will be resolved in the next level of firmware for the SL24 and SL48 above E.00 and G.30 respectively.Should one need the "Save Service Dump" file, it can still be acquired using the 'Service Login'. The service representative can invite the customer to a WebEx session to pull the dump remotely or the CSE must go to the account and pull the file via the 'Service Login.'
