SymptomsOn the VTL Console, when selecting Physical Resources>Storage Devices>Fibre Channel Devices, one or more LUNs (Volumes) has a red symbol to the left of the LUN name, indicating "Offline".Within NetBackup, the application that uses the disk, the tapes are frozen. CauseAccording to the ipstor.dat.cache file, it indicates two out of four paths for affected LUN's are offlined, which including the prefer path.
