Cause

For T10KB cleaning cartridges only, the library (SL3000 or SL8500) sends a Mount Response to HSC before the clean action has completed.   This results in HSC attempting to dismount the cleaning cartridge before the cleaning cartridge has been unloaded.

Solution

Contact Oracle Corp and open a case to report the problem to Tape Library Hardware Support.
