Symptoms

VTSS Op Panel frames SS13, IS13, or CD23 displays NCONFIGD for an RTD that should be configured.
The VTSS is not a new installation.

Cause

RTD configuration from VTCS is not loaded in the VTSS subsystem

Solution

Cycle HSC on any attached host to cause VTCS to load the RTD configuration to the VTSS.
