Symptoms

Customer's may see an ASC/ASCQ code for a read or write operation like the following:

This the ASC/ASCQ code pair will be the same report for other Operating Systems
connected to a 6130, but the message can and will differ.

Resolution

The 6130 reports an ASC/ASCQ pair of 0x84/0x21 for IO's to 6130 snapshots which
have been disabled using either the Configuration Services GUI, or sscs(1M) command line interface.

The resolution is to either enable the snapshot device, stop IO to this device, or delete the snapshot device from the 6130.
