To verify the RLM is defective, contact Tape Hardware Support via MOS for assistance on pulling the correct logs. Once verification has been made, arrangements for replacement of defective RLM can be made. -Need to have serial number of SL500. -Account address for replacement RLM to be sent. -Contact name and phone number to whom will receive the part. Additional Information To verify the following messages, you must connect to CLI port and turn on capture in the hyperterm session.
