Resolution
Use the following steps to resolve issue:

1. Is the firmware code current, upgrade if required.

2. Clean drive.

3. Check Log Page 7 for errors

4. Run test from SCSI TOOLBOX

5. Replace the Tape Drive as required.

6.Record the Library FSC Log, lib and drv Micro Code versions and the failing test information in the Clarify case.
