Solution

Take following actions to resolve issue:

1. Check for lateral movement on the drive(s.)
2. Reseat trays and re-tighten to remove all drive tray movement.
3. Reseat the cables from the drive to the library.
4. Replace the drive.
5. Replace the hand.
6. Replace the:

a. LLC card in L20/40/80.
or
b. MPC in the L180/700.
