These problems can be introduced via normal handling of the terminator during installation.SolutionResolutionCheck for defective terminators. Refer to attached Tech Bulletin for complete details on this issue. Replace Old terminator with the New style terminator. While all 3 terminators are part number 10148031, the new Amphenol terminator is clearly labeled with STK part number (see attached photo in MPSS-679). The old Amphenol terminator only has the Amphenol part number - no STK part number.
