Resolution
Take the following steps to assist the customer:

1. Acquire as much information from customer as possible concerning specific problem on the library.
     - Error messages, physical state, physical address of library, etc.

2. Dispatch Local CSE

3. Examine Library status and event logs for failure information/problem determination

4. Run diagnostics utilizing CS Tools

5. Contact Tape Hardware Support if further assistance is needed.
