Symptoms

Some MVCs stay in Draining status after reclaim.

Cause

VTV was migrated before it was set to status of dismounted in the CDS

Solution

1. Display MVC detail.

2. Query any VTVs reported to still be on the MVC.

3. Take appropriate action(s) for current VTV status.

4. Issue MVC Drain to clear the status of the MVC and make it available.
