Resolution
If for any reason a VTSS is removed or replaced and does not keep the identical name, it is necessary to keep the old VTSS name in the VTCS configuration.

Example: VTSS NAME=xxxxxx

Additional Information
All VTVs that were migrated from the old VTSS will still have a flag set with that VTSS name. If the name is not in the configuration it will not be possible to recall the VTV to the new VTSS.

Because only the VTSS name is in the VTCS configuration the message SLS6743E VTSSxx FOUND IN INCONSISTENT STATE 40/01 will be generated at HSC/VTCS initialization. A Software Enhancement request has been opened on Pinnacle issue 766594 to change this from an error message to an information message.
