Solution Type Problem Resolution Sure Solution 1012439.1 : DR diag-level is not synced with domain boot parameters diag-level
PreviouslyPublishedAs 217142 Symptoms The current diagnostic levels for cfgadm DR are "init, quick, min, default, mem1, mem2". The choices for diag-level settings from the Domain Boot Parameters specified in the setupdomain command are "init, quick, max, default, mem1, mem2". There is no "max" setting from the cfgadm command. Resolution This bug was generated not from customer complaint but internal sources. Therefore the limited resources of the firmware group will not be spent to resolve this minor problem at this time. Therefore, any one performing a DR operation needs to be aware that the DR diag-level specified from Solaris[TM] does not include the "max" parameter. Since the "default" parameter is essentially the same as "max" there is no loss of functionality. This Bug has been fixed in 5.19.0 FW revision (<SUNPATCH: 114526-01>) Relief/Workaround Additional Information Notice current valid diagnostic levels for DR cfgadm are "init, quick, min, default, mem1, mem2", but valid diag-level settings for Domain Boot Parameters from setupdomain are "init, quick, max, default, mem1, mem2": sc0:A> setupdomain Domain Boot Parameters
