Symptoms
This is related to Bug# 5012902. The bug is fixed by the patch 117165-01.

Note that, after applying patch 117165-01, the warning messages may still occur in the /var/adm/messages file.

Resolution
After applying patch 117165-01, bring the system down to the ok prompt.

Set auto-boot? to false

At that point issue a "reset-all" or power cycle the box.

Then issue a "boot -r"

Normally, the "boot -r" should do the job. But in some cases, there are customers
who may still see the message after "boot -r" --- this symptom is intermittent.
Adding the extra step of "reset-all" or power-cycling guarantees the device
tree is re-built.
