Symptoms
The customer or FE has added new US IV boards to a machine that has US III
boards already installed. The machine seems to run fine but the US IV boards are not showing up at the OS level correctly.
Here is what the problem looks like:

Make sure that the correct OS is installed. This particular customer was running Solaris[TM] 8 02/02 when they should have been running Solaris[TM] 8 02/04
