Symptoms
In this particular instance, firmware was upgraded to an unsupported version
and then downgraded again. After the downgrade, all the loop cards were
locked up and "sys stat" was showing an expansion unit as a VIRTUAL Slave.

Resolution
1) telnet into the 6120
2) 6120:> unconfigure u5 (or whichever expansion unit is having the issue)
3) 6120:> reset -y
