PreviouslyPublishedAs 212971 Symptoms Left/Front Redundant Transfer Switch(RTS): was listed as "not present". Though it was physically present, the frame manager did not see it properly. Resolution NOTE: Remove the power cords from the both RTS': Shock Hazard!
Remove both front RTS', inspect the internal Redundant Transfer Unit(RTU) cabling, For a view of the front RTU and connectors J13 & J15: Product Sun Fire E4900 Server Sun Fire E6900 Server Internal Comments I have seen this twice, 2x systems, SF4900 brothers who came off the assembly line sequentially, both had the same problems/symptoms.
