PreviouslyPublishedAs 206448 Symptoms The Sun Ray[TM] client suddenly locks up, becoming unresponsive to the system keyboard and mouse. Resolution There are several potential ways to get a Sun Ray[TM] out of a locked state, with some being more invasive than others. Thus, it's recommended that the least invasive be employed first, and the most invasive last. Use the terminal keyboard as follows:
