PreviouslyPublishedAs 205168 Symptoms Placing Cauldron-S cards (4422A) in PCI Slots 2 and 3 leads to SCSI reset errors that appear on both the cards. (PCI Slot 2 and 3) Resolution Place one Cauldron-S card in either PCI Slot 2 or 3. Other 4422A cards must be place in other six PCI slots.
