Symptoms
LUNs that are being created or modified will be locked with references in
the /etc/osa/lunlocks file. Ocasionally these locks might be left behind,
preventing any further modification on the LUN.

Resolution
CAUTION: Do not perform the following procedure while any LUNs are being
created or modified.

To clear the lock:

1. Exit the RM6 GUI, if it's open.

2. cd /etc/osa.

3. cat /dev/null > lunlocks.

4. Restart the RM6 GUI.

You should now be able to delete or modify the LUN.
