Make sure the jukebox is properly enabled and authorized. Additional Information The Sun StorEdge C2 Autoloader can be installed with 1 or 2 magzines allowing for 8 or 16 media slots. If incorrectly configured the C2 autoloader will report falsely the number of elements it has available.
