Impact

Replacing a DKA or FSW may result in HDD Port blockades when I/O activity is started during Path INLINE diagnostic A2 or A8 routine. Verify HDD Port Status is NORMAL on the Maintenance status display window of the SVP following a DKA or FSW replacement.

Resolution

If HDD Port blockades occur, re-attempt DKA or FSW replacement. Microcode DKCMAIN 21-13-01-00/00 and later has been modified to fix the issue.
