Root Cause Incorrect procedures applied without having complete knowledge of the management tools. Resolution When using management tools on Sun StorEdge 5210/5310 and Sun StorageTek 5320/5220 products, extreme care should be taken to avoid a system outage and/or data corruption/loss. Recommended action is to contact Sun support for proper procedures, and to use the management tools under the guidance of Sun backline support.
