Symptoms

Process change:
Sun Blade 1500 power supplies (PSU PN 300-1583-01 and 300-1583-02)
have temporarily changed from SCRAP (consumable) status to
REWORK (repairable) status. This is to facilitate shipment of the PSUs
to our vendor for FA in support of the continued investigation into PSU
failures.
DO NOT throw away failed Sun Blade 1500 PSUs. Instead, return them to
Sun using the REWORK return process. Refer to GSAP 3095
(http://sro/prcp/gsaps/3095) for more information.
For those Sun Blade 1500 PSUs that have been retained after replacement
but not returned to our Repair Vendor under GSAP 3095, please ship to:

It is required that the DMT tag reference FCO A0251-2 to ensure proper
routing of the returned PSU.
This temporary process will be in affect until further notice.
