Impact

This is a temporary request to return failed NVS280 Graphics Cards to the address listed in the Corrective Action section below.

The NVS280 Graphics Card is used on the Sun Ultra 20 Workstation and is a consumable CRU which is therefore not subject to the standard repair process. Product Quality has observed a slightly higher than acceptable failure rate on this CRU and will temporarily perform failure analysis on any failed NVS280 cards.
