  1. On HD50 cables, Pins 12, 14, 37, and 39 are reserved and Pin 13 is open.
  2. On HD50 to HD68 cables, Pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 17, 18, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 51, 65, 66, 67, and 68 are open.
