Sun Fire V250 Codename: Enchilada 2P Tower |
Notes
- The minimum operating system is Solaris 8 7/03 or Solaris 9 8/03.
Memory Notes
- Bank, Rank, DIMM, and XOR Interleaving is supported.
- UltraSPARC IIIi supports single bank and dual bank DDR DIMMs.
- Two DIMMs of the same bank size (single or dual) and memory size form a
bank.
- The minimum requirement is two DIMMs per CPU
(DIMM 0/1 or 2/3, and 4/5 or 6/7).
- Only CPU 0 DIMMs are accessible in a single CPU system (CPU 0).
- Memory is mapped globally and is accessible by either CPU in a dual-CPU
system.
- Memory error reporting identifies a failing Bank, not a single failing DIMM.
